Everything you need to know about exams

You will be automatically registered for the first time you take the exam and cannot withdraw from it. If you need to retake the exam, you are responsible for registering yourself and can also withdraw within the deadline. Everyone who registers for the exam must pay the semester fee.

Check Studentweb

Am I registered for the exam?

Check your registration in Studentweb under "Active courses".

Double-click on the course you are inquiring about to check your registration status.

Under "Assessment" you will see the semester and year you are registered.

If you do not see the course at all under "Active courses", you are not registered for assessment.

Where should I meet?

For on-campus exams, you will receive a room assignment.

Approximately one week before the exam day, you will see the room assignment in StudentWeb under "Active courses".

Double-click on the course you are wondering about and look under "Assessment".

For home exams, you need to find a suitable place to sit (for most, this will be at home).

What is my candidate number?

Approximately one week before the exam day, you will see your candidate number in StudentWeb under "Active courses".

Double-click on the course you are wondering about and look under "Assessment".

When can I see my individual exam time?

You can see your individual exam time (day and time) in Studentweb approximately 14 days before the exam (after the deadline for withdrawing from the exam has passed).
