How to Apply for Admission
When you apply for admission to Politihøgskolen, you must go through several steps to compete for a study place.
Application Process - Step by Step
Before You Apply
Before you apply, you must check that you meet all the admission requirements.
Submit Application
You apply for admission via sok.samordnaopptak.no.
In the application, you must upload documentation for certain admission requirements.
The application deadline is March 1st.
Submit Cover Letter
Via Digipost, you must submit mandatory documentation: cover letter, medical certificate, and police certificate.
On the cover letter, you must sign that you have read the Deadlines and Information for this year's applicants.
The submission deadline is March 20th.
After you have applied
In April, you must complete digital tests and a video interview
Complete Admission Tests
If you meet the admission requirements and have taken both the digital tests and the video interview, the next step is physical tests.
If you pass the physical tests, you will be assessed for suitability.
Compete for a Study Place
You compete for a study place with your competition score.
Respond to Offer
On July 20th, you will find out if you have been offered a study place.
The deadline to respond to the offer is July 24th.
