Information on Implementation
The digital tests and video interview consist of a total of four parts. These are:

Personality test

Deductive reasoning test (timed)

Inductive reasoning test (timed)

Video interview
Before you start each part, you will receive instructions on how to complete them, as well as sample tasks you can practice on. It is important that you carefully review the instructions before you begin. You can take as much time as you need on the instructions and sample tasks. After completing the sample tasks, you will be informed that you can start answering the actual tests.
The digital tests are designed to be as fair as possible for all applicants. For example, the timed tests do not contain numbers or letters, and the personality test is not timed.
The tests are administered by AON Assessment, in collaboration with Politihøgskolen.
