Experience and background
I have a degree in criminology from the University of Oslo, and since then have worked a lot with knowledge-building as a basis or support for decisions. Since 2009, I have been employed by the Norwegian Police Directorate, where for the past five or six years I have worked with the implementation of intelligence in the police. Now I am on study leave to work on a PhD project on intelligence as a tool for risk-based decisions for strategic managers in police crime prevention.
