Experience and background

Based on cross-sectional and prospective questionnaire data, my PhD project will examine police employees' a) operational and organizational job demands and organizational and individual resources, b) mental health (burnout, anxiety and depression), musculoskeletal disorders and job engagement, and c) how demands and resources is associated with mental health, musculoskeletal disorders and work engagement. The results can inform employees and employers about focus areas regarding the strengthening of working conditions, as well as have significance for trade unions, government agencies, or society as such.
