Experience and background
I am a social anthropologist from the University of Oslo (UiO). I am the course leader for two further education programs; multi-cultural understanding and diversity, and conflict resolution in a multicultural society. I am involved with two research projects; community-based policing and post-conflict police reform (ICT4COP) funded by the EU's Horizon 2020 programme, and the other is Diversity in education and organization. As a researcher, I am part of the research group 'Police Education, Study Environment and Students (PULS).Competence areas
