Login

When you are in Studentweb, you can choose to log in via Feide, ID-porten, or by providing your national identification number combined with a code.

If you are no longer a student, log in via ID-porten or by providing your national identification number combined with a code.

If you are completely new as a student, you must first activate your user account to get a Feide user.

Activate your user account on the Self-Service Portal.

You must do this yourself in Studentweb

• Fill out "my profile"

  • • Mobile Number

  Ensure that the correct number is registered.

  • • Semester Address and Hometown Address

  Update each semester yourself, and if you move.

  • • Emergency Contact

  Provide a person to be contacted in case of emergencies. Go to the "Emergency Contact" field. It's a free text field where you provide the name, phone number, and email/residential address of the contact person.

  • • Bank Account Number in B2

  During the internship year (second year of bachelor's - police education, B2), you should provide your bank account number so that the internship location can pay you.

  • • Account Management

  You can change the PIN code here.

  • • Consent

  Fill out the desired choices.

• Pay semester fees and other fees

  Overview of invoices and their status can be found under 'More...' → 'Payment'.

  Within the applicable deadlines, you must pay the semester fee and any other fees related to the education you are enrolled in.

  Please note that it may take a few business days for the payment to be registered in Studentweb.

• Sign up for exams or assignment writing

  You will be automatically registered for assessment if you are taking an exam for the first time, so you don't need to do anything.

  However, if you are retaking an exam or seeking to improve a grade, you must, within the applicable deadlines, register for the exam yourself.

  N.B: Well before the exam, ensure that you are registered for assessment in the correct subjects.
  If you have any questions, contact your study office.

  Get an overview of which exams you are scheduled to take:
  Go to "Active subjects". There you will see which exams you are registered for.

Deadlines on Studentweb

• Deadlines for post graduate students

  Individual deadlines are set for each education program.

  The semester fee must be paid, but it is not necessary to register for the semester.

• Deadlines for bachelor and master students

  We have two deadlines during an academic year:

  Autumn semester: September 1st

  Spring semester: February 1s

Studentweb provides you with an overview over

  • • Education plan, status, and overview
    • Teaching messages
    • Assessment messages: If you are registered for an exam, the registration will appear here. This can serve as confirmation that you are registered. (See upcoming events or under the "Active subjects" tab, click on the subject, see the text under "Assessment").
    • Results (grades or assessment results): Here you can also see what you have taken and when. Check "All" to see, for example, Medical certificate, Withdrawal before exam, Did not attend, Failing grade, and Did not pass.
    • Semester fee (See under the "More..." tab, the payment deadline is indicated in the invoice details)
    • Other payment information
    • Accommodations or adjustments (If you have been granted them)
    • Information from Lånekassen (Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund) about you
