Experience and background
I have a police degree from the public service school, a law degree from UiO, and a master's degree in management from CBS. I led a working group in autumn 2018 and winter 2019, which proposed a three-year course of study for police prosecutors. On behalf of the Norwegian Police Directorate, I have worked on developing the first academic year of 15 credits. The first cohort started at the Norwegian Police University Collage in autumn 2022. I am also a member of the research group "Organisation and management".
