During the process, you will receive an SMS. The SMS will contain information about your username.
Bachelor - Police Education:
You will receive a notification via SMS when you can activate your account. Typically, we send SMS approximately 3 working days before the start of the study.
Master's and post graduate:
The time you have the opportunity to activate your user account is stated in the welcome letter you received via email
After activating your user account, you will gain access to the systems that require login with FEIDE.
These include, for example, the learning platform Canvas, the Student Portal, and your e-mail.
Improvement attempts after receiving the diploma
If you want to improve your exam result after you have received your certificate, you must also reactivate your user account, as if you were a new student. You will then gain access to the NPUC’s systems (and can log in via Feide).
