You must have Higher Education Entrance Qualification by March 1st
The deadline to obtain Higher Education Entrance Qualification is March 1st of the year you are applying for admission. If you complete upper secondary education in the spring and only obtain Higher Education Entrance Qualification in May or June, you cannot apply for admission until the following year.
Experience-based qualification
If you do not have general university admissions certification, prior learning and work experience is an alternative admission basis that may apply to you. You can only apply for admission based on prior learning and work experience if you do not have general university admissions certification.
