Background and experience
I have a Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim. In my PhD project (UISH), I am investegating how to implement an intervention against sexual harassment in the police, the effects of this intervention, as well as attitudes and behaviors related to sexual harassment more generally. I also contribute in projects concerning the working environment at the police operations center (APO) and concerning search and rescue efforts, in collaboration with the drone unit of the police helicopter service. Previously, I contributed in a research project at NTNU on the sexual abuse of children on the internet. I have also done research on caregivers of individuals with severe illness.
