Background and experience
I am an pedagogue in theory and practice and I am interested in learning and teaching in police practice. I am a associate professor in pedagogy and have a focus on instructors and learning in the police operational field. Motivation and relevance is important. Non-traditional learning arenas are interesting. I have developed and completed many pedagogical studies and courses at PHS. I also have external assignments for special departments, police districts and collaborating agencies, which is motivating and gives me useful experience.
