Associate professor
I have a Master of Laws, a PhD. in jurisprudence and has been teaching and researching at the Norwegian Police Academy since 1999. My PhD. dealt with a study of the police's exercise of discretion in law enforcement seen in the light of legal frameworks. Now I lead an interdisciplinary research and development project that deals with feedback and feedback culture in the police and police training. I also work with differences and similarities between law and ethics for the police.
