Background and experience
I am a trained psychologist from the University of Tromsø and have worked as a psychologist since 2004. I specialize in child and adolescent psychology and supervise other psychologists who are becoming specialists. In 2022, I started working at the Police University Collge where I teach operational police work and emergency preparedness. I also supervise and evaluate bachelor's theses. Much of my psychology teaching is integrated into interdisciplinary activities, both in simulators, other training arenas, and in the classroom.
