Background and experience
My field of work is organization and leadership, with a special focus on complexity. I have worked in communication and management for over 30 years, specialising in processes, organisational and team development. At the Police University College, I am responsible for a study program in strategic police development and contribute with leadership perspectives to other postgraduate and continuing education programs.
