Background and experience

I am employed at the Department of Operative Policing, section 1. I have worked in the police since the year 2000. I have experience from uniformed patrol, as an operational leader, instructor in tactics and UOF. My main task is to facilitate effective learning and efficient operation of the educations I have been assigned by my employer to manage. This takes place in collaboration with appointed instructors, internal employees and crew who take continuing and further education. In the event of available capacity, the manager prioritises which subjects and areas the employer wants to prioritise professional development in. I then work with these priorities in collaboration with other internal and external contributors, with the aim of developing subject areas and educations.
