Background and experience
I have a bachelor in police studies (2000) and primarily an operative background in patrol service and operations center. Since 2003, I have been involved in instruction across various fields, and since 2011, I have worked on professional development within the field of operations centers. I have been—and continue to be—engaged in various development projects and initiatives that influence and impact the tools and methods used in operations centers. At the "Section for Emergency Preparedness and Interagency Collaboration" I am responsible for professional development and training within the field of operations centers. Among my primary tasks is overseeing the advanced training program "Instructor Training for Police Operations Centers" and “Joint education in teaching, exercises, and training in interaction for emergency and response organizations”.
