Kristin Maria Widerøe

Background and experience

I have worked in the police force for 31 years and have been employed at the Norwegian Police University College (PHS) since 2006, where I have taught several subjects in the bachelor's program. My previous experience includes patrol duty, under cover, investigation, and training police dogs. For 26 years, I have been involved in the colleague support program, and for the past 14 years, I have served as the coordinator for the student and colleague support program at PHS. I have also held a part-time position with the international unit for many years, which has involved exciting work such as international lectures, exchanges, job shadowing, participation in foreign projects, and the international bachelor program.
