Background and experience
I am a university educator and have worked at the Police University College since 2012, with various tasks within teaching, research and development work, education and quality management, counseling, and guidance. As a university lecturer in pedagogy, I teach at the Police University College's instructor training programs, primarily in police operational fields of expertise, and in basic pedagogical skills training. In addition to teaching, research, and development work within my own field of pedagogy, I work in interdisciplinary groups and projects related to various police operational fields of expertise.
