Background and experience
I have a police background as an Incident Commander from Nordland Police District. I started at PHS Campus Kongsvinger in 2010 where I worked as a tactical drill leader and course leader for bachelor students. Now I work at Campus Oslo and belong to the Department of Operative Policing, Section 4 Emergency Preparedness and Interagency Collaboration. Here I have responsibility for the study Joint Education in Cooperative Leadership for Emergency Preparedness and Cooperation Actors.
