Background and experience
I am a training coordinator with a strong professional passion for use of force, conducted electrical weapons (CEWs), and tactical operations. I hold the national responsibility for training in the use of CEWs, serve as the subject lead for tactical specialization, and manage the education and development of instructors in combatives/UOF. My background is firmly rooted in operational police work, which I built upon by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on the application of emerging technologies in tactical training. I am currently working on a degree as an associate professor in the areas of physical force and CEWs.
