Background and experience
I am a trained police officer with extensive practical experience as an investigator. I am the subject manager for the Advanced Studies in Investigation program at the Norwegian Police Academy. I have a master's degree in investigation from the Norwegian Police Academy. In my master's thesis, I investigated the use of investigation plans. I am an instructor in investigative interviewing. I also have training in communication with children in investigative interviewing and educations in management and organizational development.
