When you are no longer an active student with us, you cannot retrieve your transcript yourself. You need to send a request to the Student and Academic Affairs office to ask for this. Send the request to this email: studieadministrasjon@phs.no, with the subject “Transcript of Records”.
Order Transcript of Records in Studentweb
Log in to Studentweb using Feide login
In the drop-down menu, select "The Norwegian Police University College" (Politihøgskolen) as the institution.
You can order and download an electronic transcript of records via "Orders" on the menu bar inside StudentWeb.
The Transcript of Records will be available in StudentWeb, under the tab "More", then "Documents".
Diploma Registry
Share your results
The Diploma Registry is a digital service where you can share your results from higher education with, for example, recruitment/job search platforms or educational institutions.
In the Diploma Registry, you can:
- Choose which results you want to share
- Decide how long the link should remain active. You also have the option to invalidate the link at any time (as long as you have an active study right).
- Generate a digitally signed PDF of your results
