The Norwegian Police University College is a state-owned college. We are under the Ministry of Justice and Public Security. At the same time, we comply with the Act relating to universities and university colleges and have our own board as the highest governing body. The chair of the board is appointed by the Ministry of Justice and Public Security.
The college has three departments, an educational administration, and an administration that supports the core activities.
