Experience and background

Most of my research focuses on police identity and police – community relationship. Since 2003 I have been the head of further education program in Crime Preventive police work. I teach topics such as causes of crime, juvenile delinquency, gangs and violence, minorities and crime, local-oriented police work, situational prevention and crime preventative design, and knowledge-based police work.
