Experience and background

I am a folklorist and culture studies researcher, with a PhD from the University of Oslo. My main field of research is digital culture. I am currently working on projects on the legitimacy of online surveillance and the polices use of social media. I also work on a collaborative book project exploring modes of connectivity in everyday life. My PhD-dissertation, defended in 2013, is a study of human-animal relations in contemporary digitalised society.
