Experience and background
I am educated at the Police Academy and have extensive experience from the police. I have had professional responsibility for a number of leadership education programs and done research in the field of police leadership. I was co-editor of the book Politiledelse (2015) and have contributed with chapters in various Norwegian and international academic books besides publishing academic articles. I am currently working on a research and a book project on senior executives and senior management in the police and prosecuting authorities.Competence areas
