Experience and background
I have a degree from the University of Oslo, teacher training college and the Norwegian Academy of Music. My research focuses on learning outcomes in online leadership studies for police leaders and to which extent knowledge gained in leaderships education is applied in practice. I have previously researched where female leaders, who have taken leadership studies at PHS, works today – are the still leaders or not? I lead the merit program at The Norwegian Police University College and the study of pedagogical basic competence. I also participate in two research groups.
