Associate Professor

Experience and background

I am a sociologist and associated with the research department at the Norwegian Police University College in Oslo. I am currently working, together with colleagues, on a research project on diversity in education and the agency. I am also part of the project group that looks at police training in a historical perspective, where my contribution is the connection between police training and societal development. From August 2019, I have participated in the government-appointed strategy group BarnUnge21, which will create a strategy for research, development and innovation for vulnerable children and young people.
