Experience and background

I am a PhD research fellow with the ‘INCONTEXT’-project, investigating the conditions under which 1) representation (or exclusion) of extreme actors in the political sphere and 2) repression (or lack thereof) of these actors might fuel or dampen extreme-right violence. In particular, I am interested in police repression and preventive policing, which I scrutinize using a multi-method and comparative approach. I am also affiliated with the Center for Research on Extremism (C-REX), where I lead the annual update of the RTV-dataset.
