Experience and background

My doctorate addresses how we can apply ideas from systemic practice to change processes in teams and organisations. I have more than 30 years of international experience in organisational and team development. Process facilitation is my main area of focus, be it strategy development or change processes. I am committed to applying systemic practice to research, change and leadership. My list of publications include books on communication, leadership, teams and change.
