Experience and background
I am a Police superintendent, with a PhD in Criminology from the University of Oslo, Department of Criminology and Sociology of Law from 2022, with the thesis "Constructing digital evidence - A study on how cognitive and human factors affect digital evidence”. I have a Master's degree from NTNU in "Digital forensics and cybercrime" from 2017. I have broad experience from criminal investigation, and lecture at several of our continuing professional development programmes and Master’s programmes, mainly in topics such as digital forensics and criminal investigation. I lead the research group "Police and technology" at NPUC.
