Experience and background

I am a clinical psychologist educated at the University of Bergen, Norway. I defended my PhD thesis about heterogeneity in the psychopathy construct in 2014. I also have research interests in stress, personality and biological psychology, and have conducted research on stress in both police and military settings. I am now involved in projects on physical fitness and effects of stress in operative settings. I am leader of the research group “Operational Police Work” at the Norwegian Police University College.
